5) Measures Implementation to provide safe and healthy working conditions, to prevent work-related injuries and health conditions, to eliminate or reduce the safety and health of Workers and Third Parties dangers and risks. And promoting the consultation and participation of Workers in the areas of safety and health at work;
6) Workers professional and personal enhancement, with the adaptation of their competences to their respective functions, responsibilities and authorities, and the commitment of the people.
7) Creating value for Shareholders, Customers, Workers, Suppliers and other relevant Stakeholders;
8) Adequate communication to the relevant Stakeholders, promoting both their involvement in the Organization’s Culture and the perception of the mutual benefit resulting from that involvement;
9) Decision-making based on evidence, analysis and evaluation of data / information, to enhance the desired results achievement;
10) The Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety and Health Management System continuous improvement in order to increase the Organization’s performance.
